Sloane Square Hotel, The Lounge

A very high quality hotel that should be a 5-star in every aspect, price included. The reception staff was very hospitable and answered our questions daily. We stayed in room #315, and everything you can think of is included: Bathroom supplies, toothbrush & toothpaste, shaving kit, shower caps, cotton pads and q-tips, shoe cleaning kit, nail care kit, sewing kit, multiple types of coffee and tea to choose from which are refilled daily. They even refilled extra mint tea on request, which was really appreciated and shows they're willing to do little things to make their guests happy! Bath robes and slippers were also provided, along with a hair dryer and styler. Most things have a price tag, in case you want to take them home as souvenirs. The hotel is in a nice location in Chelsea, just across the street from the Metro station. If you want to find any decent sized supermarket though, it's at least a 10-15min walk in any direction from the hotel. The bookshelf elevator idea is very novel.
