October 2024We stayed here for a surprise 60th birthday weekend away. The lodge was lovely and clean and the view was amazing. We didn't use the facilities here as we explored the local area more. Was our second time coming back here and it didn't disappoint!

December 2024Stunning three bedroom lodge with hot tub. Found to be very clean on arrival and hot tub maintained each day. Big thanks to Linda on reception for all her efforts and always with a smile. Will be back again.

October 2024Great location only a short drive from Cheddar Gorge. Cabin was nice and clean if a bit a basic. Central facilities need a refurb (restaurant / bar etc). Soft play are is just a small room with some padded squares, def not a soft play! Gym is tiny and only good for a short work out. The staff were great though, really welcoming and always seemed happy and keen to help. For the money it’s good value but don’t expect it to be amazing!

October 2024We had such a lovely time last year we decided to book again for this year! Very disappointed with our accommodation. Last years lodge was pristine so felt quite luxurious, this year's was grubby. There were marks all over the walls, paint falling off the skirting boards, damp on the bathroom ceiling, soap scum around the shower, stains on the furniture, the oven was filthy and the outside furniture green with algae and stained. The food in the club house was ok ( not as good as last year) and they did not have everything on the menu so when ordering we would be told they had "ran out" early in the evening. I won't be re-booking for next year as the prices are high and do not reflect the standards I would expect.
