Had an afternoon tea with bubbles here. Service was great and food loverly. Parking was free for this package too. Were putting up Christmas decorations which was a little distracting at times but they were apologetic about any noise.

Stayed overnight in one of the prestige rooms. A very nice hotel, staff are friendly and service is great. The room is spacious, modern, well equipped and spotless. Had dinner here as well, a nice menu and the food was served in good time and was of good quality. A buffet breakfast was available in the morning and this was also good quality. Highly recommended. The location is ideal for visiting Exeter and the surrounding areas.

Great location near the city centre, staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and bathrooms are spacious and clean too. Pool was a little cold but the pool area is lovely and the gym is good for maintaining muscle and cardio, pretty old equipment but everything you need for a quick workout. Downsides. Charging £10pp to use the pool and hottub when we are already paying customers, this should be included in the room price and non guests should pay it not hotel guests.

+Nice rooms, big bed and tv, clean bathroom and large shower. - you have to pay £10 per visit to use the pool - I’ve never stayed in hotel that makes guests pay extra for a swim. The bar staff were very friendly, but £8.30 for a pint of Guinness is fecking robbery
