Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email from one of our XCHG team with a barcode. This barcode will grant you access to the building and will be checked by a member of the building team on the ground floor. They will show you the way to the 7th Floor where we are based, and you’ll be greeted by a member of the team. (National Rail, Bus and Tube links all in walking distance to the centre)

August 2024It’s a beautiful office space, given the number of people in there and the open floors it’s still incredibly sound-proofed! Above all else though is the office staff, specifically Mariana, Stef and Pedro, brighten my day every time I see them, go above and beyond always and are the epitome of customer service and kind hearts.
