Did the 4d show with Sonic 3 it was a different experience, and I enjoyed it. I could see it's not for everyone. Someone was sat on the stairs. I would advise the seating moves quite a bit. All the kids seem to love it.

Usually my favorite cinema but Boxing Day 24 it was freezing. Staff were informed as if they needed to be but nothing changed. Comfort rating was a big fat zero! 👎

This review is from my partner. Arrived around 8.50am for first showing at 9.00am. Needed to buy ticket but lobby empty & no sign of any staff. A middle aged woman staff member came in through main doors & ignored me when I smiled at her. Just before 9am I was spotted by a staff member upstairs who came down to tell staff in back there was a customer waiting. But no apology or someone will be with you soon. Around four young staff all came out of back where they most likely were gassing & not bothering to check if anyone waiting although film was scheduled to start. Young girl who served me was civil enough but again no apology or even a smile and gave a very bored monotoned enjoy your movie. At just under £14 it’s not cheap & I expected better customer service. May be lack of training or just can’t be bothered so may be in wrong job. Won’t rush to go back. ,

Sheffield Cineworld Male Toilets "I recently visited Cineworld and was disappointed with the condition of the male toilets. The urinals were overflowing, which led to a wet and unpleasant floor. It was uncomfortable having to step through this mess just to use the restroom. This is an area where Cineworld can certainly improve by ensuring regular cleaning and maintenance checks. A cleaner, more hygienic restroom would make the overall cinema experience so much better."

Absurdly overpriced. And disgustingly dirty. The cost of the tickets is unnecessary high, and then they take almost £4 per person (!!!) just for the booking online (no prints, just a qr on the phone that is then scanned by a likely underpaid dedicated staff member). The staff are very young and work hard, but the spaces are really dirty, and messy. Two young men entered last minute, very kind, to remove half full drinks and to get cartons from food and popcorn but of course most of the popcorn remains on the floor and the seats and nobody does anything to it. I bought two water bottles and the smallest popcorn bag available, and I paid above £12! This is not worth the movie experience, that is then delayed by almost 30 mins of cinematic advertising!!! Go elsewhere!
