November 2024We've been here for a spa day, and it was great! The facilities, pools, and sauna are just perfect. The complimentary lunch could be better, but still decent. The massage treatment is OK, but claimed to be 25 minutes, while in reality around 15 minutes.

December 2024Really pleasantly surprised that we hadn't stayed here before. The room was lovely, and well fitted out, although you can get some noise from other room doors closing. There's a well equipped gym and good sized swimming pool. We'd certainly come back.

December 2024We were here to celebrate our joint 60th birthday party, we had almost 200 guests, several of the family and friends stayed at the venue the room we hired was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly as I set it up in the afternoon. The buffet was just what our hungry guests needed, we stayed in the ambassador suite for 2 nights (little birthday treat) the room was great and the bed was very comfy too. The pool was excellent, very clean with ample seating around it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the house keeping staff, we will definitely stay there again and we are looking forward to a spa day there in the new year.

December 2024Had our works Christmas party here for the first time and it'll definitely be our last. Food was lovely, but the DJ was atrocious! I've never gone to a Christmas party where we've never danced, he was playing awful songs, 4 tables where empty, I mean, read the room Fgs!! We won't be back!
