We recently booked a business event for 50 people for 3 days. The conference staff were amazing from the maintenance guys to Linda the lady given the lead for looking after us. Her service went above and beyond. Attentive, polite, solved any issues quickly. The food at lunchtime was nice. We would recommend for business meets.

Rooms were lovely. Food was great. I had the mour curry which was as good as you'd get at any Indian restaurant. You'd really have to be able to drive to go there as it's quite a way away from anywhere near a retail park.

I was only passing by, so I did not stay in the rooms. I did have a rather nice cream scones experience. Coffee was good too. Seating in the lobby area is starting to look dated and requires an update. The service from the personnel definitely makes up for any cosmetics. Well recommended for a stopover. Electric supercharger location comes in handy.
