My friend had an issue with the tickets on his phone as only showing one on his phone, went around the box office and resolved the issue in a couple of minutes - great service!!

Rang the ticket office this morning the lady on the phone was sk helpful and understanding a real pleasure to deal with when I was worried about the legends game for me and my son coming from Salisbury 🙏

No point in being a member, extremely low chance of getting a ticket. It's like winning the lottery. You have to buy membership for each family member to be able buy them ticket also. I won't be taking it out for next season. Just a big rip off. General sales are for Liverpool residents only! Only tickets available are the hospitality ones which like £500 plus pp on average?!! Also the whole ticketing process is very complicated, hours get spent on waiting in queues, trying to add members, time outs etc...Unless your rich or have been a season ticket holder previously, then good luck. Then they say don't buy from third party selling sites??!! What else can ppl do get a ticket?! It's not the 3rd party sites who are at fault for resale it's clubs like these who are ripping off there own fans in an organised way!
