Stayed here with my family and had a great experience. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was nice and well kept. We received an email prior to our stay saying that the lift was out of order; however, when we got there one was working fine. As gold members, we got free breakfast. The breakfast was excellent and offered many choices. We arrived early as we had an overnight flight; they allowed us an early check in. The hotel location is great and right next to public transportation. Highly recommend this hotel!

Just wanted to give a big shout out of thanks & appreciation to Guest Services Agent Winnie L My daughter stayed here last month for a Business meeting which coincided with her Birthday. Winnie very kindly arranged Balloon & goodies which gave a great personal touch to the occasion/stay & really hit that "Fabulous Customer Care" spot as I was away overseas. Daughter said Hotel & facilities were really nice too. Brilliant! Very well done & cheers once again Winnie.

Unbelievable service! From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, Joshua (reception) greeted us with a warm welcome and local recommendations. The location is superb next to the train station: perfect launch spot for our four night, five day Manchester escapade! City center magnificence! I can’t say enough about how amazing the staff was in the on site pub/restaurant. Ruben was beyond hospitable, truly a dose of local Manchester! He was so helpful in making me feel at home and providing all the Manchester details to make my stay perfect. Michael was just as welcoming making sure I felt like family. Edward is hospitality extraordinaire! Truly creates an atmosphere that makes everyone want to stay longer: When I return in the summer there is no other hotel I’d consider based off the service I received from this fine staff! Five stars! Bravo!

Location is great, close to bars and restaurants and the gay village. Staff will try to accommodate the guests wherever they can! I was able to switch my room even though it was booked out ❤️ Rooms are clean and have all you need, could do with a little color or decoration.

The rooms were comfy, not a great view, clean but as usual the design style was problematic. At the time of reservation, we requested a bath 🛁...when checking in... not available. And no upgrade as Hilton members...both issues because of remodeling. And 1 elevator working...long waits. NOT ON WEBSITE. The front desk staff was kind, cheery and friendly. Some buffet staff were attentive and smiling, others more interested in chatting up other male staff. Food at buffet was good. Food at the bar and being able to watch football there was a plus.
