June 2024This is our second time to stay in this hotel. The location is good and our room is very clean and tidy. We especially thank the front desk team which is very sincere and efficient. Winnie who was on duty on the 1st - 2nd of June had done great in helping us to locate the places which we wanted to visit and answered all our questions in details. The best way to encourage staff is to let them know they are being appreciated. Please convey our thanks to them!

June 2024I only stayed here one night for a work trip but couldn't not fault the hotel, front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, check in process was very quick, all rooms and halls were clean and spacious, room itself was on the 6th floor and was very big with a big smart TV and all amenities, nice view over the city below. Breakfast was good too nice atmosphere and plenty of options would stay here again!

August 2024Haven't stayed in the hotel but feel I must post a review of the restaurant. Met a friend there for lunch and stayed over 3 hours. Tasty food, care to ask about allergies and inform the chef, relaxed atmosphere, reasonable prices and every one of the 4 or 5 staff we came into contact with were so pleasant and welcoming and charming. We have been meeting in Manchester most years but this will certainly be our destination now. Thank you to all concerned.

August 2024This was a very pleasant experience. Hotel was comfortable, well appointed, and the staff was excellent. We ate at their restaurant and had good service and delicious food. It is centrally located and cross from Manchester Piccadilly, so convenient. The bar was outstanding. Good selection of cocktails and incredible staff. Charlie was our barkeeper 2 nights and made great drinks, conversation, had high levels of knowledge of the spirits, and gave us recommendations on our local adventure. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
