January 2025I recently visited Milford Hall with my mum for Afternoon Tea, taking advantage of their fantastic January deal. Even without the discount, I’d say it’s incredible value for what you get! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. Despite a small mix-up with our reservation, they quickly accommodated us with no fuss and even honored the January discount. The service was exceptional, from the friendly receptionist to the attentive gentleman behind the bar who served our food and drinks. The afternoon tea itself was outstanding—the sandwiches were freshly made, the scones were warm and fluffy, and the cakes were absolutely delicious. You could tell everything was made with care and quality ingredients. I can wholeheartedly recommend Milford Hall for Afternoon Tea—even at full price, it’s an absolute bargain for the quality and experience. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and already looking forward to our next visit!

January 2025This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. Our breakfast host was particularly good and nothing was too much trouble for her. We had Executive Room 216 which was very clean and comfortable. It was however quite noisy at night lots of clanking noises that we could not work out the origin of. The evening meal was very slow if you didn't order a starter and we waited 45 minutes on both evenings for our main course. The waiter was very apologetic and the portions were very generous and tasty. We were very happy with the location which was perfect for exploring Salisbury.

April 2025Lovely hotel room and a good location. The price was good compared to other options. My only complaint would be that the walls were very thin - we could hear someone snoring in another room, and there was an event at the hotel on the Saturday night which was quite loud in our room.
