October 2024Even before our engagement, we had our hearts set on a wedding in The Woodlands at Hothorpe Hall, and it exceeded every expectation. The setting and location is beautiful with lines of trees, the offshoot of the river running directly by the ceremony area, the stunning wood cabins for our guests and the tipi. It was all perfect - even the sun shone for us after the recent heavy rain and flooding! The staff were all extremely friendly and professional, both in the build up and on the day itself. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Aimee, she was always on hand to answer any queries we had and was fantastic all throughout. Away from the setting and staff, the food was absolutely delicious, accommodation was warm and cosy, and the whole process from booking to wedding was easy and smooth. We hope we're able to come back and attend another wedding here in the future!
