My husband and I looked at one venue, and within a couple of minutes of being at The Dreys we knew it was the one. Who am I kidding? I knew from stalking their Instagram the same night he proposed; my husband just needed a little convincing, given that The Dreys is an 'outdoor' venue, so he was worried about his Grandma being cold. Needless to say, he had nothing to worry about at all. Anxious about the weather? Don't be - Your wedding coordinators, The Wedding Dolls, will work with you to have a beautiful plan B in place just in case it rains. The Dreys also have enough umbrellas and blankets to keep a small town dry and warm. Food important to you? The Dreys' caterers are INCREDIBLE; Invicta Food Design are so good at what they do that we keep going back when they have seasonal events at The Dreys, like Christmas dinners. NEED your pet with you because they're family too? Same. We even took Yoda, our rescue boy, with us to planning meetings and seasonal events to he could get used to new surroundings before the big day. My husband and I aren't exactly conventional; a live music photographer and a musician (how we met) - so we needed loud music and atmosphere on our big day, otherwise it just wouldn't have been 'us'. So, this is exactly what we planned with the help of The Wedding Dolls! Full backline, lighting rig and a band of groomsmen and friends; including my husband, brother, brother in-law and sister in-law. Thank you to The Dreys for embracing our noise and getting excited about our ideas with us. We never felt judged or like we were being a bother. The whole planning process was (dare I say it) fun! The only concern we had was the fact that The Dreys is an off-grid venue, meaning there's no signal. None. BUT with a rented Starlink that we sourced and some printed password signs around the venue, there wasn't a problem at all. Our guests could check on kids at home and use a disposable camera app (POV) to their hearts content, with no issues! Finally, the feeling. It feels cheesy and chiche to say 'magical' but anything less would simply be an understatement. The lights through the trees, the Woodcutter's Cabin, the fire pit, the fairy tale cabins, huts and glamping tents, the decor... Everything was breathtaking without exception. No detail is missed or overlooked by this venue and its faultless team. If boho but glamorous, peaceful turned party and "that was undoubtedly the best wedding I have ever been to" is your thing, you don't need to look any further. Just go for a visit at The Dreys and my husband and I will happily say we told you so forever more.

We couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect venue for our wedding than The Dreys. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of woodlands, the venue provided the most picturesque setting to celebrate our special day. The rustic charm of The Dreys was everything we had envisioned and more. From the twinkling light to wooden features and natural decor, every detail made our special day that extra special. Our guests were blown away by the setting. Everything was catered for and the help, support and ideas we had we no trouble to the team in making them happen. In the evening the bar and fire pit became the perfect gathering spot. Whether it was a handcrafted cocktail or a refreshing beer, the bar staff delivered everything with impeccable service and a friendly smile. It added an extra layer of fun and celebration to the day, creating memories we’ll treasure forever. The food, catered by Invicta Foods, was absolutely exceptional and exceeded every expectation. The delicious three-course meal was flawless from start to finish – beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. It was clear that every dish had been crafted with care and attention to detail, and our guests are still raving about it! The meal was nothing short of perfect and added such a luxurious touch to the day. We can’t praise the staff enough – they were truly incredible. Every single person on the team was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and friendliness were second to none, and they made us and our guests feel so well cared for. Whether it was the bar team, the waiting staff, or our coordinators, every single one of them played a part in making the day so special. The evening was made even more magical as we were able to have fireworks. Watching the night sky light up we stood surrounded by our family and friends which was an unforgettable moment. It added a truly breathtaking touch to an already perfect day and made the celebration feel even more special. The accommodation was another highlight. Staying overnight at The Dreys allowed us and our closest loved ones to relax and truly soak in every moment of the day. The cozy, rustic Tepees perfectly with the woodland theme and provided a peaceful retreat after all the excitement. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying a delicious, fresh breakfast with our family and friends the next morning was the perfect way to end the celebration. From the stunning location to the wonderful team who made sure every detail was just right, The Dreys gave us the wedding of our dreams. Absolutely stunning venue, we had our wedding here and it was honestly perfect! Everyone was super helpful and friendly through the entire process of viewing, booking and organising. Everything has been thought of here for an outdoor venue and you'll be in very capable hands. We'll be back for a Sunday roast ASAP!
