I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. I arrived at around 10:00 am and was received warmly by the front office team. Although I had to wait over 5 hours to check in, everything else was fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was cozy, clean, and well-heated. My dining experience was equally amazing, thanks to the excellent service from Aliya and Abisail. Your hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. This is the perfect place for anyone looking for quality. Leah, Kenya.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Excel (sitting at the breakfast table right now). Room was nice, modern, MOSTLY clean - the sofa didn't look like it had been cleaned in a few stays and was unsightly. Made me worry for the hygiene for the rest of the room but still managed to have a relaxing evening. Breakfast was good, not completely dry like other hotels can be. Service was great, only encountered one staff member, Lebechi, he was lovely. Really felt like he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made sure our stay was pleasant :)

From check in the experience was excellent. I believe Holiday Express London has the friendliest, most professional staff we’ve experienced in a long time. The moment we checked in we, were met with smiles and greatly assisted by front desk staff advice on getting our delayed luggage delivered. And upon shift change at the front desk the next day, the professionalism, hospitality, and superb service continued. The complimentary breakfast was above average when compared to other hotels with the same offering. The kitchen staff—with a shout out to very friendly, Lebechi—were excellent. All hotel staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was the most pleasant experience, but I must single out Susan for special mention. Susan’s down to earth, warm, friend personality and welcoming spirit is second to none to those I’ve met in the hospitality sector. If we had an issue, Susan found a solution. She exuded an impeccably high level of professionalism and personal attention. Susan made our stay very special. My compliments to the management of this hotel who are hiring really not just great staff but special people, and if we’re back this way again we will most surely be staying at the Holiday Express London Excel.

The hotel room was warm. There was no window to open. You can turn on the air conditioning, but sleeping in that airflow is not comfortable for me—I tend to get a sore throat from it. However, the service was excellent. We stayed at the hotel for a total of five nights, and our beds were made regularly. The breakfast was good but very limited, especially if you're vegetarian. For example, there was no cheese, which made the options quite restricted. I also don’t eat pork, so my choices were even more limited. The scrambled eggs were quite watery. On a positive note, Lerechi was extremely friendly during breakfast, which made the experience much better. The staff was also very friendly!!!!! B

Stayed here with kids for one night - good sized family room which was clean and airy. Beds were comfy but could do with a thicker duvet especially on the sofa bed which is right next to the window and with a thicker mattress. Phone in the room didn’t work so had to physically go downstairs for room service or to speak to reception but wasn’t too much of a pain as was on the 1st floor, would have been more annoying if on any of higher floors. Bought my own toiletries, but it’s a nice touch that they provide it. Slight grumble as I think our room was next to a boiler or something which seemed to rumble loudly every hours or so and led to a disturbed sleep. Breakfast was tasty, kids loved the automatic pancake machine and good choice of hot or cold food. Lebechi was really friendly and sorted my son out with some veggie sausages - all in all would happily stay here again.
