The European flagship features a restaurant, bar, private room and state-of-the-art AV including 10 LCD TVs, 2 full HD projectors, customisable lighting, a 60m Video Ribbon and bespoke branding opportunities. Built with events in mind, the venue features a 5x7m stage with camera which allows real-time streaming across all venue projectors and TV's for 360 viewing and an immersive experience. Flexible layouts can accommodate a variety of events or furniture can be removed entirely for a semi-blank space set against a colourful backdrop.

November 2024My mum and I both stumbled across this place while we were in Piccadilly and were so glad we decided to have lunch here! It was busy here but we were able to be seated at a table in 5 minutes and our waiter was very accommodating to us, even though he had at least 20 other tables! Food was delicious and drinks were amazing! If you're in Piccadilly Circus and can't seem to find a place to eat, definitely go to the Hard Rock Cafe!!

January 2025What a night! We only went for a drink at the bar and we came away with the best night ever! Me and my partner came to Hard Rock Cafe for some New Year’s Eve drinks and we were served by Marco! Marco absolutely made our night made the most tasty cocktails and was just 110% on service! Can’t recommend you go this place more. We will definitely be coming back!! ❤️❤️❤️

November 2024Great food, service and staff! We booked but missed our table. Ended up getting sat at the bar which was fine for us as they were able to serve the full menu. Plenty of gluten free options available almost all dishes could be modified for gluten free. Drinks service at the bar was obviously very prompt as they were right there the whole time. We had the ribs (gluten free) and a chicken and ribs combo. Everything cooked to order and meat was tender and flavourful. Great atmosphere and music as standard at a Hard Rock Cafe.

November 2024Food was amazing! Unfortunately, service was a bit lackluster. There were times when our waiter would take 15 minutes in-between coming to see us. We were really pleased with the food and the general vibe, but would have been liked to be checked on more for sure. A lot of standing around with other workers talking and not tending to his tables.

December 2024Lovely atmosphere and decent food. Service was excellent even though it was fairly busy. Not a great deal of variety for vegetarians but my wife finds that with many places, there's only so many veggie burgers you can eat before you get bored of them. My BBQ chicken was very nice! Tasty and tender 👍 Enjoyed the food and bought the T-Shirt 😁
