The Loading Bay is a 2,000 sq ft venue known for its industrial design, ideal location in the heart of the London tech ecosystem and views over Mark Square. Flooded with natural light thanks to the double-height south facing windows, your guests will instantly feel at ease in The Loading Bay.
With space for 100 seated or 200 standing the open plan space is perfect for hosting workshops, small technology conferences, product launches, company away days, networking events and even your Christmas party!
The Loading Bay is a dry hire venue, however our dedicated events team will be with you throughout all your planning journey to help you create the perfect event. Whether you are looking for a caterer, florist or events production, our talented team will help you tailor and design every aspects of your event at The Loading Bay to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

February 2023Lovely venue for meetings, well maintained and in a great location. Strangely too few toilets for a building of this size. Also, can be quite chilly on cold days in the main meeting space
