Stayed here for one night. Nice hotel located in what looks like an old mill or factory, Plenty of red bricks and exposed beams. Definitely a lot nicer than a standard/ modern purpose built hotel. We had a double room with king-size bed on the 4th floor which was spacious with a good sized bathroom (no bath but double sized shower). Bathroom was also very modern. No complimentary drinks in the room however there is a water refill station on each floor and a bottle and glasses in the room. Bar area is nicely set out. Had breakfast also which was very good. Eggs are cooked to order and the rest is a buffet where you can help yourself in the case of a full English. Vegetarian and vegan full English are prepared in the kitchen. Good location in the centre, a few parking spaces on site but the NCP is only a few minutes walk away which is where I went. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here as it is next door to place we went to see Bowling For Soup play. The music venue next door is terrible - worst venue I’ve ever been to - however the hotel is brilliant. Staff were lovely and helpful, food and drink was really nice and the room was big and comfy too. Only slight concern we had was we weren’t alone in our room…. We stayed in room 107 and about 12.45 we had a woman walk across the room and disappear! Definitely not something I expected to see, or have ever witnessed before. I didn’t sleep well after that but weird stuff a side it was an amazingly good hotel and stay.

Lovely authentically rustic converted building. It has that wonderful rustic luxury vibe which instantly makes you feel at home instead of creating a mess in a fancy place. The food was great, good selection at breakfast. Room service and night menu was also brilliant. There are 4 disabled parking spots, just make sure you register your car at the desk on the iPad. At check in they didn’t mention this and I only noticed when I went back later to ask a question. My daughter uses a wheelchair, even though we didn’t book an accessible room she got round fine, but had to get out the wheelchair for the bathroom as there was no way to shut the door while still seated. Would definitely stay again

We had an overnight stay with breakfast. Lovely clean hotel. We booked the delux room. When we entered our room. It was freezing. There a portable heater placed in the room but wasn’t on. The heating in the room wasn’t working. If staff knew this surely they would have warmed the room up for our arrival as it was a cold January night. The heater wasn’t enough to warm the room so we had to ask for extra heaters. Which we did receive. Breakfast was lovely. Buffet style breakfast. Staff very helpful.

The hotel has some interesting history and inside it has wooden beams and ceilings, with exposed brick walls. This is nicely mixed with modern areas and facilities. We found our room a bit cold but we think there was an issue with the air-conditioning. The bar area was pleasant and staff friendly and attentive. The breakfast was lovely and you can order eggs cooked to your liking and a vegetarian option too. It is in a good location just on the edge of Spinningfields and an easy walk into the shopping areas and the centre of the city.
