October 2024Came here with my friend on Friday and absolutely loved it! I'm already planning another visit with a larger group of friends. Liked the fact we could order drinks and food straight to our booth and a large selection of songs to choose from. Unfortunately, there were a few that we wanted to sing that weren't available, but we soon found ones to replace them.

September 2024order food and took like 40 minutes to come which was a flop because we literally only ordered chips and nuggets, the servers were nice though! song selection could be better but was still more than enough to have a great time. bouncers were HILARIOUS. overall karaoke was AMAZING would recommend!!

December 2024Went for my friends birthday we had about 25 minutes in the room singing karaoke before one of the staff members came in and asked us to pay our outstanding bill which interrupted our hour booked session. She also said we had to pay on one card which we couldn’t do plus we weren’t near the end of our session so it wasn’t very considerate of her and it caused a lot of stress to me and my friends who were worrying about having to pay on one card. Then we were told we had one song left and halfway into our last song a staff member came in and said our session was over and stood there and held the door open before our session had ended which I thought was quite rude I’m not sure if they were absolutely wedged with bookings but to be interrupted in the middle of our session aswell as standing with the door open on our last song made our experience quite unpleasant. Aswell as that, I believe a £20+ service charge as added onto our bill at the end and when we asked to remove it we weren’t able to because I’m sorry but added a service charge (that we weren’t unable to remove) to an experience that wasn’t the service we expected I believe wasn’t fair. Wouldn’t recommend there’s many good places for karaoke in Manchester this isn’t one of them unfortunately :((

November 2024An overall bad experience and wouldn’t return: - Room was booked for 8 people but tiny. We’re all thin but were struggling to fit in the room, never mind move around. - We didn’t have the full time we paid for because we were late starting despite arriving early and because the system cut off 15 mins before the end of our slot and staff were unable to extend because they were fully booked. - Had to wait outside in the rain despite arriving early for our booking. - Room was so unbearably hot we almost left. Mentioned to staff around four or five times which resulted in the heating being turned UP, air con finally came on around 30 mins towards the end of our two hours booking but then dripped on our clothes which are in some part ruined - staff didn’t seem to care much. - Drinks are extortionate. £38 quid for a very cheap and pretty undrinkable bottle of prosecco. - One of the female members of our party was removed from the room by security and reprimanded in front of staff and other guests in the reception for taking their top off (crop top underneath) even though the room was unbearably hot. - Made us pay nearly £200 on one person’s card because they’re busy despite us arriving early. - Not all songs on the system and doesn’t seem to work searching by song. Would recommend going elsewhere if you want a fun karaoke experience.
