I recently had the pleasure of visiting Electric Cinema, and I must say that Jamal, the manager, truly made my experience outstanding! From the moment I walked in, his warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic evening. Jamal's attention to detail is remarkable. He ensured that everything ran smoothly. It was evident that he genuinely cares about the customer experience. His team is a reflection of his leadership—friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the films being shown. What impressed me the most was his proactive approach. Jamal took the time to engage with guests, asking for feedback and making suggestions based on individual preferences. Overall, Jamal is an exceptional manager who elevates Electric Cinema as a Soho House.
