Located right in the centre of Soho’s nightlife, Lucky Voice Soho is the fabulous pink heart of London’s most beloved party district (open until 3am Tue-Sat!).

The flagship venue of the (in)famous karaoke brand that has been bringing music to the ears of the Great British public since 2007, Lucky Voice Soho is ideal for work parties, photoshoots, filming, or just a hedonistic night out with friends. Guests can look forward to two hours of karaoke in their own private ‘pod’ with access to over 11,000 songs provided through a touch screen interface, and room service available via a fun ‘Thirsty’ button so you don’t have to miss out on a single moment of singing.

Each room includes awesome mood lighting and disco balls galore. There’s also an array of tasty cocktail concoctions to sample from a world class team of mixologists, as well as a simple food menu of pizza and snacks to help fuel an evening of musical mischief.

There is no shortage of activities to indulge in at Lucky Voice Soho, making it the perfect location for work parties, team away days and private hire! We also offer the ideal setting for photoshoots and video shoots, with a unique backdrop and variety of rooms.

Open until 3am most nights, Lucky Voice Soho boasts nine private rooms with space for between 4-15 singers.

Lucky Voice Soho is available for full private hire, and over the years we’ve had the pleasure of helping brands like Dior, Burberry and Deliveroo throw unforgettable corporate events for their staff and clients.

The venue has 7 private karaoke pods which can accommodate between 4 to 15 people each, while the bar area is equipped with attentive and friendly staff ready to make your venue hire perfect.

There’s also a hefty menu of sharing plates and drinks to choose from so guests don’t go hungry/thirsty!

Cancellation policy

In the event of your cancellation or postponement of the booking the following cancellation terms will apply: Bookings of up to 15 guests: you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before 72 hours of the booking date. If you give us less than 72 hours notice, Lucky Voice will retain the full deposit. Bookings of 16 - 30 guests: you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before 14 days of the booking date. If you give us less than 14 days notice, Lucky Voice will retain the full deposit. Bookings of 31 or more guests: you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before 30 days of the booking date. If you give us less than 30 days notice, Lucky Voice will retain the full deposit. Semi-exclusive and exclusive hire bookings, regardless of the number of guests: you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before 90 days of the booking date. If you give us less than 90 days notice but more than 30 days, you will be required to pay a cancellation charge of 50% of the total contracted value of your booking; if you give us less than 30 days notice, you will be required to pay a cancellation charge of 100% of the total contracted value of your booking. Brunch and cocktail masterclass bookings, regardless of the number of guests: you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before 14 days of the booking date. If you give us less than 14 days notice, Lucky Voice will retain the full deposit. Bookings with food pre-orders: in addition to the above, the total value of food pre-orders may be retained by Lucky Voice if you cancel your booking and Lucky Voice has ordered or prepared your food. Considering individual circumstances, Lucky Voice will use its discretion to accept cancellations outside the window times listed above. We prefer you to call us by telephone if you need to cancel; cancellation requests left at a voicemail box cannot be guaranteed. For bookings of 16+ people we will request that you put your cancellation in writing to your salesperson by e-mail or via our booking system. Postponement of a booking will be treated as a cancellation and you will still be liable for cancellation charges as set out above. Lucky Voice reserves the right to use its discretion to waive all or part of the cancellation charges to which we would otherwise be entitled. In the event that Lucky Voice accepts a postponement of a booking, this will happen once and the cancellation windows do not reset with a new booking date. Lucky Voice reserves the right to set a limit on the date a booking can be postponed until. A reduction in the number of guests is treated as a cancellation, Lucky Voice accepts 10% of the number of guests as fair and acceptable amount and will use its discretion to waive any charges for those guests. If your booking is for less than 10 people, a reduction of one person is acceptable. You will also be responsible for reimbursing Lucky Voice for any special items requested by you and paid for by us as of the date of cancellation or postponement (including but not limited to any penalty charges with external suppliers, entertainment, outsourced equipment and furniture hire) Kindly note we cannot accept disruption to public transport, local road networks or weather conditions as grounds for cancellation under any circumstances. We shall not be liable for any delay or for the consequences of any delay in performing or failure to perform any of our obligations under any agreement with you if such delay is due to any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, war, terrorism, industrial action, lock outs, strikes, accidents, fire, blockades, petrol shortages, severe weather or natural catastrophe). In case you or a guest (or more) of your party is unable to attend your booking due to issues related to Covid-19, we will refund up to 10% of the number of guests on the booking. If the entire booking needs to be cancelled, Lucky Voice will follow current Government advice and use its discretion to offer a voucher for a future date or postponement to a future date. Please note your booking will remain ineligible for a full refund and Lucky Voice will retain the full amount paid towards your booking.

    Another great time at lucky voice. We go quite often and the staff remember us and are very welcoming, it’s been a while since our last visit and a big change in staff, they were equally as welcoming and great service!

    Eight of us visited here on a Saturday for my husbands birthday. Loved it as you have your own soundproof room, so no embarrassment! Recommend to anyone as was brilliant fun. Only downside drinks are very expensive!

    Unfortunately there's was only 2 microphones between the 3 of us, but still we had a blast. Did not try the food so can not comment, drinks were not allowed in, and had to pay £4.95 for a redbull each better off getting a package that they offered 😭.

    Came here and was refused service by someone named Queen. She was very rude to me and I don’t recommend coming here until she leaves the job. Disgusting behaviour. Otherwise, the other staff member Lindsay was very nice and dealt with the situation better.
