Have been to the cinema 5-6 times. The quality has just deteriorated over time. The seats are bad and the food is way overpriced. I certainly had issues with the food safety and the quality of the food provided there. The toilets were unclean and I most sincerely would not recommend this cinema to anyone. This is coming from someone who has been to cinemas in different countries and a lot of cinemas across the UK. It definitely rates the lowest of all the cinemas I have ever been to. And that says something. I heard Cineworld is going into administration and cinemas closed down recently. I am glad that it is suffering because it certainly kills the experience of watching a film and does no help to the medium but just rather exists a corporate entity with absolutely poor standards of customer service and support.
