Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel, The Map Room

Stayed here now a couple of time for special occasions and it is always so lovely when we do. They try their best to accommodate our requests whenever possible and they usually find a way which is really great. Always positive the staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and offer great amenities. Some rooms offer lovely balcony views and that's not always possible in London. Situated on a quiet road away from the hussle of the city but minutes walk from harrods and the underground. Definitely would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jumeriah Lowndes Hotel, where I secured an exceptional rate through my travel portal. This hotel features elegant decor, exceptionally courteous staff, and is ideally situated amidst an array of distinguished shops, restaurants, and cafes. It has proven to be an excellent choice for my accommodationns.

I didn't stay as I was scammed by an OTA "booketa" on a cheap rate for the hotel. The front desk team were really kind to explain what had happened and even allowed me to sit down and find an alternative, charged my phone, gave me some water and offered suggestions. Rohan and Jaiden were so helpful and really sympthaised. I booked elsewhere because the rack rate was really high but they did everything they could to assist. I ended up booking a hotel on Park Lane but if the Lowndes ever is available I wouldn't hesitate to book because of the brilliant gentlemen at front desk. A credit to the hotel.
