Cancellation policy

Should you cancel your Event for any reason, including changing your meeting/function site to another hotel, then at the same time that you deliver your notice of cancellation to us, you also agree to pay us the applicable full cancellation damages, plus applicable national and local taxes. The full cancellation damages represent a percentage of the Total Anticipated Revenue for your Event, and the applicable payment is determined by based on the date that we receive your notice of cancellation. The schedule of full cancellation damages applicable for your Event is set forth in the Event Agreement.

    I have attended Hilton London Syon Park on a number of occasions, Evening drinks with friends, family celebrations 🍾 On this occasion i visited a Asian wedding fair. On arrival security was friendly and the hosts welcoming, engaging and friendly it would be unfair to single out one event as the energy and enthusiasm by all were equal. I have to say I treated my family and I to someone gifts that I didn't intend to buy, how could I resist a bargain. Overall a great experience we all enjoyed.

    Sorry for the late review! We stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for our 5th Anniversary in April 2024. The hotel is honestly situated in a fantastic location. We were upgraded to the King Room which was gorgeous! Food was fab (my boyfriend is a picky eater, but he ate everything). What made our stay the most enjoyable was the generosity, attentiveness and constant smiles from the staff. Especially Doreen and Mao....They are both the epitome of excellent Customer Services.!! Thank you, we have recommended to our friends and will definitely book again soon!!!!

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The room exceeded all expectations, beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The spa was a true highlight, offering one of the best massages I've ever had. It was pure relaxation! The food was exquisite, with every meal bursting with flavor and presented beautifully. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!

    Had a lovely overnight spa stay and was really pleased with the room and service. There was a small mishap upon arrival but it was very quickly resolved and kindly compensated with a glass of bubbly at dinner. Lovely hotel Rooms were spotless, quiet and very peaceful- has a great night's sleep- comfy beds and pillows. Kallima Spa is a gem, had a lovely massage (big shout outs to Arnie for delivering an excellent neck, shoulder and back massage and also making me feel very safe and considered.) Sauna was excellent as was the snug afterwards with complimentary ginger tea and snacks. Breakfast was excellent- great variety all prepared really well! Dishes to try at Mood in the Park- Pan seared fish with crushed potatoes, buttered edamame and salsa verge Thank you all for a peaceful break.

    Might be the worst possible hotel experience I’ve ever had for many reasons. Upon checking in, we were given 2 key cards and only 1 was working. The next morning we asked room service for coffee and towels, this took us reminding them 3 times and waiting over an hour just to receive our requests. At night time, we requested a few soft drinks and new towels again. We did not hear back and decided to call again after an hour of waiting, reception said they will be on it right away. Waited another half an hour and no one arrived so just went to sleep. We also requested a late checkout, receptionist offered us a 3pm checkout. At 11am the next day, we hear a knock on the door from a worker and then not even 20 seconds later, the worker proceeds to unlock the door and enters the room. We let them know that we have a 3pm checkout. At 1:30pm, we get a call from reception to let us know that the checkout time was only for 1:30pm and ask us to pack and vacate within 20 minutes. The whole experience was ridiculous and all the manager offered at the time was some extra Hilton loyalty points. If you want to have a horrible experience and be treated badly then this is definitely the place to be at. Serious changes needed at this location!
