Asahi House is situated in the center of Woking with excellent links to public transport and easy access to M3 & M25. Included within the space are:

The conference space at Asahi House comfortably holds up to 160 guests and includes full catering services. With a brand new AV system, including 6 large screens, microphones and easy HDMI connection, it is the ideal setting for presentations, seminars, training or large meetings, providing everything you need for a successful event.

Standard Day Delegate Rate includes:

• Conference floor, including conference area set up in theatre style for up to 160 people, break out space and 2 meeting rooms
• Dedicated events manager to assist you on the day
• Arrival refreshments of tea & coffee with a selection of delicious mini pastries
• Full AV set up
• Notepad and pen for each delegate
• Flipchart with pad and pens
• Mid-morning refreshments of tea & coffee served with biscuits
• Still & sparkling water
• A delicious working buffet lunch served in your breakout area (alternative menus are available upon request)

When hiring this space you also get a break out area for all your catering needs and access to the two meeting rooms if required.

All catering is provided in house. The day delegate rate includes a working buffet lunch as standard but we can lots of additional extras available to order, please ask for the menu for further information.

If you would like to offer your delegates the opportunity to relax after your event we can offer the use of our amazing 5th floor bar area. As standard we offer a selection of Asahi products alongside freshly made pizzas, but again we can adapt this to whatever you would prefer.

    Held our company event at the new Asahi conference space in Woking. The venue was absolutely perfect—the meeting room was spacious and comfortable. The breakout and fully functioning bar space was ideal, wonderful & relaxed atmosphere, allowing our staff to mix, mingle, and reconnect.     The conference space on the first floor is a remarkable setting, featuring breakout rooms that transform into green or VIP rooms. With high-tech AV equipment, it becomes a hub for inspiration during large conferences. The abundance of natural light from the surrounding windows creates a vibrant atmosphere, making all-day events enjoyable, unlike the dim confines of basement conference rooms. The in-house catering delivers an exquisite culinary experience that adds to the overall brilliance.
