It used to be a great office, but now it reminds me of conditions in the post-Soviet schools... heating is almost never working (it's always in need of maintenance but no one ever comes to fix it) and temperatures make you freeze (wearing a winter coat is the only solution - but that makes working conditions significantly uncomfortable), water in the bathrooms is cold and flush doesn't work well, receptionist from the ground floor is always somewhere where they shouldn't be which makes you wait 10-15 minutes outside in the morning cold before they eventually let you in, internet is painfully slow... Do better.
