February 2025Good location, near Tube 3 different lines. Many shops and cafes are nearby, but the included breakfast was with a good variety of tasty food. Very clean room. I personally liked the view from balconies. Good communication with staff. 100% recommended 👌

February 2025We have stayed at this beautiful hotel in London during our visit in early February. The staff was incredibly polite, and the room was very comfortable and clean, located conveniently on the ground floor. It was well-equipped with a coffee machine and small snacks. We didn’t encounter any issues with hot water or the A/C. Although the breakfast wasn’t the classic English style, it was still quite satisfying, offering options like fresh fruit and cereals. The hotel’s location was fantastic – just a few steps from the Bayswater tube station and very close to Queensway, which provided easy access to additional lines.

January 2025I spoke with the staff at La Suite West, Hyde Park. I called prior to purchasing a voucher with Virgin experience days, stating I will be purchasing a voucher via Virgin and looking to book for a specific date, Sunday 16th February, as we are already in London, the staff member at La Suite West said they have availability for that date and to call back once I have to voucher to book. Upon calling La Suite West back with my voucher they then inform me that we can not use the voucher within an 8 week period and the staff know of these policies. They refused to book me through good will as there staff miss informed me and was happy to loose the custom
