January 2025Greeted by polite staff with a smile. Everything was perfect. Spacious room comfortable bed and great pool Jacuzzi and steam room and sauna. The view wasn't great at the back of the hotel but who cares when the rest is so good. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

February 2025My wife and I stayed overnight after our friend's wedding in the function suite. The food was top class, the drinks deals were a massive boost with our membership app. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy.

March 2025Recently visited the hotel to catch up with friends, went to the on site Starbucks and was served by a really friendly chap, Noel. Noel was helpful and knowledgeable about what drinks could be made as dairy free, and was happy to take the time to chat while I was waiting for my friends. A+ service with a warm, friendly smile.

January 2025I recently visited the hotel and went to Starbucks and had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to my server, Noel. From the moment I walked in, Noel greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor, making me feel welcome. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to recommend a few drinks based on my preferences. I appreciated his suggestions, which helped me discover a new favorite! The atmosphere in the store was cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating available. Noel's efficiency was also commendable; my order was prepared quickly, and he made sure to check in with me to see if I needed anything else. Overall, my visit was enjoyable, and I left with a delicious drink and a positive experience. I look forward to returning and hope to see Noel again!

March 2025Had a lovely stay visiting family. I would stay again ( breakfast was delish) but I'm worried about how much my kids wanted to spend in the Starbucks. 🤣 Shout out to Noel. Great customer service. I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews but when someone puts the effort in for you. It's nice to return it!
