As many Novotels this complies with what it offers. The bar is nice. The breakfast could be better but is totally acceptable. The service very good. HOWEVER, the elevators are a complete disaster. They are slow and have a non-touch/sensor button system that makes them stop in every floor. Specially at peak hours, you can wait a lot to be able to get in. Parking is very good.

Stayed here for a week for work and it was fantastic. Comfortable and quiet room, which meant slept brilliantly all week. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, who just go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was great- every option you could think of and delicious. Room service was prompt, tasty and reasonably priced. Good range of whiskies in the bar. Location was perfect as it’s easy to get into the city centre but also walking distance from the university and all the museums and art galleries. Thanks so much. If I’m back in Glasgow at any point, would definitely book here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room whilst neat and tidy had poor lighting and felt a bit dated. The gym was quite good and the breakfast good value.
