I recently stayed at Hotel Zenya for my anniversary, and I can't say enough about how incredible the experience was. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. A special shoutout to Mihail at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We needed a late checkout, and Mihail made it happen effortlessly, saying, "Your comfort is our priority—let's make sure you enjoy every minute of your stay." He also helped arrange breakfast for us, which was an absolute treat. His warm and attentive approach really made our anniversary stay memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it's the exceptional staff like Mihail that truly sets it apart. I highly recommend Hotel Zenya for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

Autograph Collection hotels under Marriott have some of the best customer service. I was able to check in early. They provided some complimentary tea while I waited. Everyone was always overly pleasant, and they respond rather quickly to messages in the app. They even checked on me one day to be sure that everything was god with my room.

I write this review regarding the outstanding customer service I received from the Reservations and Revenue Manager at Hotel Xenia London. Wow, what an amazing person to work with! Helpful, knowledgeable on requests and needs for the leadership team at this hotel. The level of customer service was beyond what I expected, and I look forward to the next time I get to work with the manager at this location.

The staff at the hotel were all very help and very friendly. The hotel is in a great location, close to 2 different tube stations and lines and about a 15 minute walk to Kensington and about same to Kensington Gardens. The rooms are well appointed with Nespresso machines, clock radio with USB charging port, decent hotel hair dryer, good closet. But as per other reviews, the rooms are very, very small even by London standards. I was in a regular, “Queen” size bed room with my husband for 4 nights and it was fine but we had to be very careful about how we used the space. Also a UK a queen is much smaller than a North American queen, more like a double bed. The bathroom was a D good size with a large shower and good mirror. It was a great place to stay for a long weekend where you’re trying to go out and see lots of things and walk to places.

Kensington boutique hotel, though part of the Marriot chain. Very friendly and efficient staff, a couple of nice, small bars. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but it looked like it had a good atmosphere. We upgraded the room to an Executive one, which was well equipped but fairly small.
