March 2025Had an amazing experience. From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Staff are very attentive, spa was lovely and treatment was high quality and relaxing. Our room was upgraded and the veiw was superb 👌 Nothing bad to say.

December 2024Stayed for 1 night with my friend. I called to have another room booked for a surprise proposal to happen for my friend and the staff gave us a discount to book that 2nd room for the day for my other friends to set up and for the proposal to happen. It was a success and glad it was this hotel everything happened. THE BEST PART: Upon arrival, the porters at the door were ready to assist with our luggage, taking them up the lift, into the room, and popping them on the suitcase holder for us. We got to check in early with no extra charge as the room was ready, which I must say, was very clean too. We went straight to the wet facilities that are included with the room booking and there were many pools to spend hours in. First you notice the swimming pool that oversees the Thames and over captivating sights. Beside the lockers/changing rooms, there were many hydrotherapy pools that were very warm and made me want to sleep in. The steam and sauna rooms were great too. Me and my friend spent just over 3 hours, truly enjoying and relaxing in their facilities. I would 100% be coming back, bringing more people with me. The best hotel I have been too, UK and international. It felt like I was truly on holiday outside the busy London.

December 2024This is the most pathetic excuse for a 5-star hotel I’ve had the misfortune of ever coming across. I actually don’t mind how many stars a hotel has when making booking decisions (honestly, 3 and above is more than fine), but the only people who would consider this a 5-star accommodation is if they’ve only stayed in a 2-star resort. I’ve hardly seen 3-star hotels so lacking, and this single-handedly is the worst hotel I have ever come across in any star-rating. To be clear, I wouldn’t be complaining if they were upfront and charged something appropriate to what they really are. There were a host of small issues that I never thought would be missed in an establishment trying to pass itself off as 5 stars - not that I’ve ever needed one, but there wasn’t a doorman in sight through multiple days. Sure, the staff is friendly enough and did nothing wrong, but that doesn’t make up for how old and decrepit the rooms are and not even having a basic coffee machine in the room - having to ask for it so they can save cents on the dollar is embarrassing. If you’re spending the type of money this hotel is asking, it’s WAY better spend anywhere else in Canary Wharf or London where at least they’re charging something more reasonable. I cannot possibly fathom how anyone would voluntarily go back to this hotel or give it repeat business…

January 2025Not recommend and staff retraining needed. I stayed here for a business event and was disappointed with the service. 1. At check-out, I was accused of taking a beer from the minibar, which I hadn’t. The questioning felt very rude and accusatory. 2. The room was outdated, and the air conditioning was faulty. Although it was eventually fixed, this should have been checked beforehand.
