Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian Hotel

Awesome Hotel… I enjoyed one of the finest stays at hotel in the UK in the last couple of years and I have stayed in quite a few during this time. Top-notch customer service and tremendous hospitality from a first rate team is at the core of this hotel; the staff and management excel in striving to ensure all guest’s receive the very best stays and exceed expectations at every opportunity. The rooms are well appointed with all the amenities you will require for your stay, the whole hotel is spotlessly clean, well maintained and in good decorative order. Some might be disappointed by the lack of air conditioning however you are in Northern Europe where hot days are rare so it is not required. The bar is welcoming and has a fine selection of drinks and bar food. The hotel’s position in the city is wonderful, within walking distance of all the cities attraction, restaurants and bars plus the main shopping district as well as the public transport interchange including the main railway station Highly recommended to all.

Had a fab 2 night break here, very friendly staff, lovely big room with modern bathroom, spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed our delicious buffet breakfast each morning, loads to choose from. Will definitely return.

The person that checked us in was very friendly and helpful and we had a great double room. The building is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely rebook this hotel if we return to Aberdeen.
