Burns Night is January 25th and there is plenty to do in London if you want to celebrate it. But first, what exactly is Burns Night?
Burns Night makes the anniversary of Robert Burns’ birthday (Jan 25, 1759). Robert Burns was a poet and one of the most famous Scottish writers. Each year people come together to enjoy a traditional Burns supper and celebrate his life and work. This apparently dates back to the fifth anniversary of his death!
If you’re trying to figure out where to celebrate Burns Night in London, a few of our favourite venues are having special events! And if you can’t make one of these events, remember you can always hire out the space another time.
