The Ivory Vaults Giveaway: Terms & Conditions
- The competition runs from 11am December 20, 2018, to 11am, December 24, 2018.
- The prizes are provided and delivered by The Ivory Vaults who produce The Medieval Banquet and promoted by VenueScanner (BKBM Enterprise), who operate this website.
- To enter the giveaway, entrants should either retweet our Twitter competition post and follow our VenueScanner Twitter account or comment on our VenueScanner Instagram competition post and follow VenueScanner.
- The winner will be chosen using a random number generator, from all valid entries.
- One entry per person. VenueScanner reserves the right to exclude duplicate entries.
- Entrants must be over 18 and based in the UK.
- Employees of the prize provider are not eligible.
- The prize consists of a £100 voucher to be redeemed at The Medieval Banquet before June 30, 2019. There is one prize to be won.
- Prizes cannot be transferred or sold.
- Prize winners and their guests must both be over 18.
- Alternative prizes, including cash alternatives, are not available.
- We will contact the winners no later than midday, December 24. If we have not received a reply from a winner by midday, December 25, that winner will forfeit their prize, and we will draw a new winner instead.
- Data collected as part of the competition will be held only for purposes of administering the giveaway.
- VenueScanner accepts no liability for any loss or damage that results from the prize.
- VenueScanner reserves the right to modify the rules to this competition if circumstances beyond our control require it, including the outright cancellation of the giveaway, for instance, due to a delay or cancellation of the prize event. VenueScanner accepts no liability for loss or damage caused by alterations or cancellation of the prize.
- You can request the names of the winners by writing to VenueScanner, 20 St Thomas Street, London, SE1 9RG and including a stamped self-addressed envelope, or emailing [email protected], after January 31, 2018.
- The competition is under the sole jurisdiction of the laws of England and Wales.
