February 2025A lovely clean and comfortable place to stay with lovely staff. Close to both Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick Castle. We were given a warm welcome by Ruby, who had a friendly and professional manner (she was lovely). We used the spa and gym. Gym is a little small but did the job. My husband booked in for a massage, which he really enjoyed. Breakfast was good and plenty full and you could have added extras like poached eggs on request. Room was clean and comfortable. We would be more that happy to stay here again.

February 2025We had a nice stay at Stratford Manor with our 6 year old. He loves the games room and we did lots of swimming! Pros -Staff were friendly and helpful and really kind to our son, chatting with him, etc. - set swim times for kids was nice, as then we didn't feel as though we were disturbing anyone - Sauna and steam room were lovely - Games room is fun for families - Our room was very clean and well looked after - breakfast buffet and menu were really good and there was a nice selection Cons - the pool area needs a good refresh. The tiles in the shower area were visibly dirty and the pool tiles were coming away in places. The floor tiles around the pool were also in need of a very good scrub! - Not the best lighting. Really bright in the entrance, hallways and games room, and too dark in the restaurant and lounge. I know it sounds silly, but it does affect the ambiance and feeling of the hotel. Overall we had a nice stay and we're happy with the service. 😊

January 2025We had a nice stay here! Room was clean, tidy and well stocked. Hotel breakfast was excellent - great selection of hot food, fruit, cereals and pastries. You can also request to order different eggs, pancakes along with others. Staff all very friendly, especially at breakfast. Had stayed last year and the spa facilities are lovely along with a cinema room / games room for children. Reason for 4 stars: Receptionist at check in did tell us £10 per person to add breakfast on so we added on, yet then we got charged £14.99 on departure? So unsure why this happened but maybe this needs clarifying with staff more clearly to make sure the amount doesn't randomly change? Only other main thing would be to possibly put up signs about noise - mainly at night - lots of guests came shouting down our corridor late at night and shouting/talking right outside our doors! This happened multiple times too. We are a young couple so usually quite laid back about this but the noise did get ridiculous at times! So signs up would be great or even closing the corridor doors after a certain time to encourage people to be a little bit more courteous!

January 2025Food was really good. That's probably the best part of it. The receptionist was very abrupt with us. She insisted she had called and spoken to us to confirm afternoon tea but we checked our phone call history and neither of us had any calls from them. The hotel was having problems with the heating and communal areas were very cold. The rooms were a little warmer. The rooms were a but dated but kept relatively clean. The spa pool was nit very warm and the spa area was a bit dirty and dated too. There was a lot if condensation dripping from the ceiling which was irritating. So apart from that it was ok but won't visit again. Plus note; although I don't have one it is dog friendly.

February 2025Visited for the spa day - receptionist with a name starting with ‘R’ was very abrupt, rude and made us feel uncomfortable from start to finish. The individuals performing the spa treatments were great and the pool / treatment area were nice albeit dated, just a shame about front of house. It’s supposed to be a relaxing day not an interrogation!
