December 2024Came for the pinball, stayed for the pinball. Brought my 7y/o here after he made a Lego pinball machine. We both had a hoot. This was his first introduction to gaming, he really enjoyed it. We'll be back. We actually tried NQ64 first, but that's adults only. The staff there recommended we pop along to Four Quarters as they let kids in before 7pm.

November 2024I love the vibe of this place. Very nostalgic with the arcade machines and consoles. The drinks, especially the themed cocktails, are delicious and we would happily go again. The staff were really friendly too! There are a few downsides though. Firstly, when booking a console booth, you're not guaranteed your preferred booth. No bother for us, but we visited when it wasn't busy and we didn't get our preferred booth. The poor console we had was clearly overheating, and we had to turn it off several times, wait for it to cool a little, then turn it back on when we wanted to play a game. Games for said booths seemed to be quite limited too. Again, no bother for us as we discovered some interesting games we've never played before, but I can imagine some die hard gamers getting upset over this. It was also slightly annoying having to ask a member of staff to change games for us- perhaps give customers access to a lock box that contains all the games for each booth to avoid delays? Upon leaving, we discovered an empty room containing a few more consoles. This room had an unmanned bar and if we wanted to play said consoles, we would have to go down a flight of stairs to get controllers/games/change games which seemed like a hassle so we didn't stay and play there. It's a shame really because it seemed like a cool place, if the bar was manned. Overall like I said we would visit again. Just a few minor issues we found that haven't put us off, but I can imagine them putting off others.

January 2025The games are all good (except couple are always switched off). I loved the atmosphere and the food is pretty good. But it really hurts me to say this. £20 just to play console games for an hour? That happened to buy a drink first rule? I really hope you reconsider the price and the policy beacuse £20 is just too much for only an hour to play on consoles. Hope you consider my honest feedback.
