Beautiful hotel. Great rooms, lovely breakfast, wonderful staff in a perfect location for both central London and East London (Abba Voyage). A real treat from start to end for us! Fantastic swimming, sauna and steam room experience. Everywhere was so clean, from the showers to the pool. The gym was great, too - so well equipped for a hotel gym - super impressed! The spa treatment we had was sensational - please don't change anything - it is all so perfect and we are excited about returning to do it again! The ladies who work in the spa were all so lovely and make you feel so relaxed and important :) Special mention to your young trainee receptionist who was so welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay. (I don't recall her name but she was working on Saturday when we checked in at around midday; she is a real asset to your team and I hope she goes far in her career!) Well done to an amazing team and an incredibly well run hotel - thank you 🤍

We stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary. We were very grateful for the surprise anniversary card, cake, wine, chocolates, free upgrade to an executive room AND breakfast the next day which was delicious! Such lovely staff & so welcoming. The bed is the comfiest one I’ve ever stayed in. The turn down service was a nice surprise. The shower was also 10/10. Thank you very much for our stay, would highly recommend :) We will be back.

Great location! Lovely, clean room, fabulous soaking tub and great shower! Experience with all staff was great! A working mini fridge in the room would have made stay even better ;-) All in all, we loved our stay and would recomment the hotel!

I had an excellent stay here while on a work trip. My room was clean, large and very comfortable. I used the pool and again, the whole area was kept beautifully clean. Checking in was easy and the online check out was appreciated as there was quite a queue as I left.

Leonardo is a nice hotel with good rooms and facilities located at one of the best London places for a visitor. However, I had a very bad experience that is considerable. It was around 1 am and I had slept. Since there is no door lock, I pressed the button that is intended to deactivate any key from out. Suddenly I heard someone entered the room. I was shocked and didn’t know what is going on. The person told it’s my room, in darkness. Luckily that person was not a thief or criminal but had my room key received from the reception. I called the reception but no answer to my first 3 phone calls. Then a person picked the phone and rudely asked who I am and told I will call back after investigation. But never called back. The next day I went to the manager, he knew about the problem and told somebody has been in that room but an agent has called hotel that the person won’t come back although has had stuff in the room. The hotel staff had cleared the stuff and given a key to me. But the person had come back at night. It is not a responsible hotel to give a room to two people to gain more money. What if a team (incl. person and agent) has done that intentionally to come back for a purpose? What if a kid is in room alone for a short time and that happens? What if the one entering is not a good person? What if the one sleeping would have heart attack seeing a person entered room? …
