One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional spa services. I spent a delightful afternoon by the pool and jacuzzi, where I found the perfect balance of relaxation and enjoyment. The facial I received was simply fantastic—I cherished every second of it. The next day, I treated myself to a pedicure with Florina. She was incredibly polite and attentive, making the experience truly special and memorable.

Already reviewed this on the booking site, but just to put it here…the highlights of this hotel were definitely the staff, pool & location. All three were great! But I do think the bad outweighs the good here unfortunately… Firstly, the jacuzzi was supposed to be fixed on the second day of our stay, but was never fixed at all, which was very misleading. Secondly, it was ridiculously hard to get house-keeping done. We followed the instructions and put the triangular card on our pillow, waiting for sheets to be changed, and for three days straight- nobody came. The bins are also so small, they overflowed in a single night, and they were never replaced because nobody ever came in to clean our room. So we had to use our own bags as bins. We also ran out of towels & had to chase the poor receptionist down three times just to get more. Thirdly, the bathroom was so difficult to manage. The showers also have no doors for some reason. There’s only a cover for half of it; so every time we’d use it, there would be water all over the floor. It got to the point where I had to put towels on the floor to soak up the puddles - hence why I kept running out of towels! Because of how the sink is too, water always slides over the back and off the sides. Our bathroom was constantly wet. There’s also no hand wash; and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were empty. Fourthly, as I was checking out to leave, I was charged £16 for food fees. We never ate anything in the hotel; so I’m very confused as to what this was for. I didn’t get the chance to ask as there was a queue at reception that I didn’t want to hold up- but that was very strange! Overall, it was alright. But I don’t think I’d come back. You could easily get cheaper accommodation elsewhere & swim down at the beach, if that’s the selling point for you, as it was for me. Nevertheless, staff were still lovely so that’s a plus! :)

I was expecting more from this hotel. We booked through Secret Escapes and was disappointed. When we arrived we questioned if we were in fact in a Superior King Room as it looked so different from what the pictures previously showed. The room was ordered with a baby travel cot, but this was not in the room. We also were only given 1 towel, so we had to request more. The package came with breakfast included, which was not up to a great standard. We were told, like many other guests, that breakfast was served until 10:30am but then the staff cleared it all away at 10am. They ran out of pastries too so we couldn't have any and the coffee was awful. Chunks of coffee poured out when you helped yourself so it clearly wasn't made correctly. I went and got my own instant coffee that I had in the car and had that instead. The only positive I can say is that the bar was nice. The bartender, in the evening, made great cocktails but in the daytime it was hard to get served as no one was ever there to serve. A lot of changes need to be done to this hotel. I hear it is in Administration but having ran hotels myself in the past, drastic changes need to be done with service if it wants to survive even if the finances get sorted.

Awful rooms - looked dull & dated. Absolutely rubbish place for people with walking difficulty. There is no easy accessible lifts. The Spa facility is in the basement, where the lifts don't go. I struggle to walk and had to take flight of stairs down to get to swimming pool & spa facilities. 3 toilets in the basement, all broken. So, I had to take the stairs up again to go to toilet. Breakfast was awful too. Mushrooms were so salty, they were practically inedible. On check-out when I mentioned at reception, the response received was pretty cold. Only upside is that it's got a wonderful location. Only 200 yards away from seaside.

We spend there3 nights and booked a double bedroom. When we arrived there and check in to the room, we seen they put two single bed next together and make it as double bed. When we asked them to change the room they didn’t have any other double bedroom and they only changed the sheet from two single bed to double sheet. Also we couldn’t sleep from the air conditioning system was making a noise for the whole building. We ask the staff at 3 clock at night he said we can’t do anything is the air conditioning system problem and we have to switch it off but was making this noise in off mood. they changed our room for last night. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional hotel. Stuff except the manager was nice and very friendly and honest. Nice bar and nice food but not comfortable hotel to stay at all.
