It was our late night traveling We found this place they are very clean and friendly place. They do have car parking it’s a secure car parking inside the hotel Complementary Breakfast in the morning We had an upgrade room Thanks to the management Definitely recommend this place

An amazing venue for wedding functions. I've been there for others events and for my event and they have been on point each time. Really easy communication with the manager, who then handed to another manager for the event day who was just as helpful. The food is amazing and all the guests loved it! Made our wedding day really easy.

As we moved closer to the big day, the management team stepped in with incredible attention to detail, ensuring everything was executed perfectly. The staff on the day were nothing short of exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make sure that everything ran smoothly. And the food—absolutely divine! Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the meal was. The chefs outdid themselves, and it really added to the celebratory atmosphere. Overall, Grand Sapphire delivered on every promise, making my brother’s wedding a magical and stress-free experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to host a special event. All of our guests left with smiles on their faces, and we have Grand Sapphire to thank for that!

They have revamped the hall we were in, apparently they have three in total. They have added huge lampshades which can provide very nice lighting This was for a wedding. Their stage was nicely decorated, and he'd They typical huge vases with fake flowers, but all tasteful The food service was slow, but that could be due to wedding activities. For a 6pm start, I feel the food could have arrived before 8:45pm. Many people were complaining about this. They have ample free parking, with free road parking. The location however is in amongst a trading estate, so no fancy views. Overall they have done a nice job. Depending on what they charge, it's not a bad venue
