Fantastic service . I’d booked 3 people in the same slot instead of 3 slots in a row for my nephew from Glasgow and they were so accommodating and managed to change things around to fit him in twice . Nephew loved it and would definitely come again.

As a dedicated regular at Capital Karts, having visited over 20 times with friends, I’ve always enjoyed karting in London and have a deep passion for F1 and racing games. Over the years, I've spent a significant amount of money here, including over £500 in recent visits alone. Unfortunately, my recent experience has raised serious concerns about the safety and professionalism at this venue. While the video briefing was clear, the staff's execution of these procedures was completely inadequate. During the race before ours, which we watched from the spectator area, we observed the total disregard for basic safety protocols, such as the use of flags. This neglect created a dangerous environment that was alarming to witness. The most shocking moment came when the race director, during the same race we were watching, casually walked into the pit area without any flags and stopped a kart in the middle of the track. This reckless action led to a chain reaction where all the other drivers had to stop abruptly, causing collisions and nearly resulting in a serious crash. The race director’s nonchalant attitude, as if nothing was wrong, was deeply disturbing and unacceptable in a racing setting. It's incredibly disappointing to see a place I once recommended so highly fall into such dangerous disarray. The staff’s unprofessional and rude behavior only adds to the negative experience, from the moment you arrive to when you’re on the track. Capital Karts urgently needs to address these safety and service issues before someone gets seriously hurt. Until then, I can no longer support or recommend this venue.

There are several things that bring this place down to a 1 star. Firstly, when you arrive you have to pay an additional £5 per person to buy gloves and a balaclava. It was not made clear in the booking that these should be brought with us. Secondly, there are questionable standards allowed on the track. Although, some contact is expected we were subjected to disproportionate hits. The staff did not seem to take decisive action against the individuals, despite one of our party being winded by a particularly aggressive hit. Thirdly, the seats are large with no seatbelts, causing us to slip around in them while driving. Finally, the driving position is not comfortable. Our whole party had incredibly sore and stiff wrists after leaving the track, despite adjusting the seat position. Overall, a very poor experience and would not recommend Edit: all of us have bruises on our backs and sides from the seats after being hit at speed by other drivers

The track layout is very fun, the karts are not bad. However, tonight I’ve witnessed the most dangerous karting experience ever. The session before mine seemed to be mixed with inexperienced drivers along with some faster people, somebody dropped something in the middle of a blind turn, the manager of the facility walked onto the track without a yellow flag (which is only used suddenly in the middle of a lap to end race here) and walked back with out even looking if there was anybody coming. In the same corner he pulled somebody over on the track to speak to him about track limits instead of using a black flag and taking him to the pits. If you’re looking for safety this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for speed, this is not the place for you unless the only people on the track are just as fast. They don’t tell anybody to move over. Yelling is used instead of flags and signs in there apparently
